Your personal information is stored in our online processing system and company information systems which are based within the European Union. We do not share your information within our group/sister companies that are based outside of the European Union unless this is needed for the performance of a contract. We would inform you of such sharing information and provide you an opportunity to agree or disagree with such a transfer. We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

How long do we keep your information for?

We will retain personal data related to enquiries received for up to one year after the communication’s scope if exhausted to safeguard our legitimate interests for tracking enquiries. We keep your order information for up to 10 years after purchase due to statutory tax and company record keeping obligations. If you are not selected for a particular vacancy you applied for, we will retain submitted vacancy application and submitted documentation, including Curriculum Vitae, for up to 6 months for consideration should a related vacancy arise. Personal data not needed as per above will then be removed.
